📦 Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Fee
📍 West Malaysia
Free shipping for orders above RM200
For orders below RM200, shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout.
📍 East Malaysia
Free shipping for orders above RM400
For orders below RM400, shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout.
3. Delivery Time
We work with trusted local couriers (J&T / DHL / NinjaVan).
West Malaysia: 2–4 working days
East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
Delivery time may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier arrangements.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
You may check your parcel status through the courier website or your EasyStore order page.
5. Wrong Address / Undelivered Parcel
If the parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer will need to cover the reshipping fee.
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before checking out.
6. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:
Photos of the parcel
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Your order number
We will assist in filing a report with the courier.
7. Pre-order Items
If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items arrive.
If you prefer separate shipments, please contact us (additional shipping fees may apply).
8. International Shipping
For overseas orders, kindly contact us to confirm shipping fees and delivery time.

4. Tracking Your Parcel | 追踪包裹
发货后,你会收到 Tracking Number。
可通过快递官网或 EasyStore 订单页面随时查看物流状态。
5. Wrong Address / Undelivered Parcel | 地址错误 / 无法送达
若因顾客填写错误地址导致包裹无法送达,需由顾客承担重新寄出的运费。
请在结账前确认收件信息正确无误。
6. Damaged / Missing Parcel | 包裹损坏或遗失
若收到损坏包裹,请在 48 小时内联系我们,并提供:
包裹照片
商品损坏照片
订单号码
我们会协助向快递公司提交报告。
7. Pre-order Items | 预购商品
如订单包含预购商品,将在所有商品到齐后一次寄出。
若需先寄出现货,请联系客服(可能需额外运费)。
8. International Shipping | 国际运送
若需寄往海外,请联系我们以查询运费及时效。
